Reading the table. Turnover is the multiple of the bonus you must wager before withdrawing any of it, and it matters more than the amount: a large bonus at 30× asks for more staking than most people will do. The value score out of 100 blends a low turnover against a high withdrawal cap, weighted about two to one in favour of turnover, and each merchant is ranked against the others rather than scored on an absolute scale.
